MYSTC Software is a transportation management platform designed for carriers, brokers, and other members of the National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC). Certain features may be available only to active NASTC members or through affiliated partner integrations.

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Notify MYSTC immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Payment and Subscription

Access to premium features may require a paid subscription through Stripe, QuickBooks invoice or other approved payment processors.

  • Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal information will be clearly stated during checkout.
  • NASTC members may receive discounted rates when a valid NASTC ID is provided.
  • Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

  1. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of MYSTC is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.
Depending on your usage level, MYSTC may collect information such as:

  • Name, email, and company details
  • IP address, phone number, and billing details
  • Fleet or driver data entered by users

MYSTC uses Zendesk and NASTC’s systems as third-party entities for support and membership verification.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use MYSTC for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with MYSTC are the property of MYSTC Software and/or NAStek National LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website or software without written permission.

  1. Third-Party Services

MYSTC may integrate or communicate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Orange Commercial Credit (OCC) for factoring exports
  • ProMiles mileage calculations and for IFTA mileage reporting
  • Stripe and QuickBooks for payment processing

These integrations are provided for your convenience. MYSTC is not responsible for the content, performance, or data handling practices of third-party entities.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

MYSTC is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYSTC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to MYSTC at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

MYSTC may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
